Tour planning 101
We partner with leaders from girl-focused organizations to make tour planning a breeze. We welcome groups of any size, big or small. With smaller groups we take on the work of matching you with a like-minded group to help keep costs low and to foster connections with other girl groups from across the nation.
We build a team around every leader who travels with us, giving them personalized support every step of the way. Not sure which destination to choose? We’ll walk you through your options. Need help getting your organization excited? We’re already on it. Can’t decide what to pack in your carry-on? That’s pretty personal…but we’ll still offer plenty of advice.

Step 1: Find your perfect tour
Meet the magic maker
First thing’s first: We pair every leader up with their own personal Tour Consultant. You can basically think of them as your new best friend. They’re an itinerary whiz who’s laser-focused on you and your girls’ growth. Plus, they’re an expert on your area, so they understand your organization's needs. Most importantly, they’ll be with you throughout your EF journey—collaborating to find the perfect tour, helping you sign up girls, offering advice around fundraising, and being your all-around go-to for any travel questions.

While we can tailor any destination to match your group’s goals, we’ve also designed several tours specific to your girls' interests—focusing on everything from STEM to service learning—that show your girls the real-world applications of their interests.

We make it easy to sign up girls and get them excited for your tour. From spreading the word to hosting an informational parent meeting, your Tour Consultant will give you all the tips and support you need to get going. Plus, they’ll give you tons of tools and resources, ranging from PowerPoint presentations to detailed itineraries for interested travelers.
Help as many girls as possible see the world
We believe every girl should have the ability to travel. That’s why we offer the best value in the market and give parents a variety of tools and resources to help manage costs. Plus, for every six travelers you enroll, you get a free chaperone spot.

Step 3: Leave the details to us and travel with ease
Between your Tour Consultant and the rest of the EF team, we’re here to make sure everything goes smoothly—both before and during your tour. We’ll handle all of the logistics and we’ll work with parents and girls directly to answer any of their tour questions. That means instead of planning and handling every single detail yourself, you’ll be free to stay focused on your number one priority: helping girls see the world.
