Our commitment to you starts with a free training tour before you lead your first group, and continues as we work together to plan your tour. To thank you for all that you do, we’re proud to offer Global Rewards, the most rewarding loyalty program in the industry. You’ll easily earn points and rewards when you lead tours with any EF program: EF Tours for Girls, EF Educational Tours, EF Explore America, EF College Study Tours, and EF Go Ahead Tours.

Earning points is easy
Group Leaders are automatically enrolled in Global Rewards and can start earning group benefits right away. Plus, as the leading travel rewards program in the industry, the more travelers you bring, the more Global Points you'll earn. For example:

Enroll girls on a tour
With our Global Rewards program, you’ll earn one Global Point per day per traveler. As always, your girls still get the guaranteed best value.

Refer another Group Leader
When a leader you send our way leads their first tour, you earn 300 Global points.

Travel more, earn more
The more tours you lead, the more points and benefits you accumulate—including room upgrades and double, triple and quadruple points.
To qualify for Global points, you (or your referral) must travel with a minimum of six paying travelers.
Redeem your points
From all-inclusive trips and airline tickets to the latest electronics, spend your Global Points in a number of meaningful ways. Members can log in to access their Global Rewards account, see how many Global Points they have, and redeem rewards.
