Troops will make a special trip to Savannah, Georgia to learn about Juliette Gordon Low, Girl Scout Founder. Girls will visit the Girl Scout First Headquarters and Juliette Gordon Low’s Birthplace—all as you experience the beauty of Savannah. They will be immersed in the southern hospitality and marvel at the exquisite architecture and charming old mansions and Victorian homes.

Day 1: Arrive in Savannah
Meet your Tour Director at the airport
Participate in a scavenger hunt throughout Savannah
Enjoy a pizza party at your hotel

Day 2: Savannah
Visit Juliette Gordon Low's Birthplace and earn a patch:
- Includes a house tour, interactive activities and a self-run pinning ceremony
Take a guided tour of the Ships of the Sea Museum
- Tour includes a special program about female pirates in the 16th and 17th centuries
Take a tour of Savannah's Historic Haunts

Day 3: Savannah
Participate in the Girl Scout Militia Program at Old Fort Jackson & receive a patch:
- Reenactment of a Civil War military drill
- Classroom demonstrations
- Cannon firing demonstration
Visit Tybee Island Marine Center & receive your Coastal Georgia Badge:
- Enjoy a beach ecology walk or a marsh ecology walk
- Participate in sand sifting or seining
- Take a guided tour of the Coastal Georgia Gallery
Take a dolphin cruise
