International Training Tours

Experience a tour before you lead one

We want you to feel confident when you lead your first tour. That’s why we invest in every new Group Leader and train you for free. Training tours are designed specifically for girl-led organization leaders. All you have to do is enroll eight travelers and you can enroll on an International Training Tour where you'll:
  • Learn helpful tips from well-traveled EF Group Leaders who know about council approval, money-earning techniques, and your organizations guidelines
  • Share ideas with other leaders about planning, budgeting and keeping the girls and parents involved
  • Discover best practices from EF staff
  • Gain international travel experience
